Custom jewellery is handmade with love and care. Please allow a little extra time for your special piece to be created.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an ashes collection kit. From the time we receive the ashes, your jewellery will be crafted and ready within 1–2 weeks, including the entire process.

📦 Without ashes:
Custom jewellery that does not require ashes is typically ready within 3–5 working days.

Standard delivery after completion is 2–3 business days.
