Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

• Custom jewellery and memorial pieces may take 2 weeks due to the process.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Shipping Costs

• UK Standard Shipping: £2.70 for jewellery orders up to 500g & £6.65 for 1.5kg and upwards - 2 to 3 business days (Free on orders over £50)

• UK Express Shipping: £3.50 for jewellery orders up to 500g & £7.69 for 1.5kg and upwards - Next business day.

• International Shipping: Rates vary based on location (calculated at checkout).

 

 

International Orders & Customs

• International delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Custom Jewellery & Hampers

​

Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery and hampers, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery at Landaenquiries@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

 

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.

 

 

Non-Custom Items & Exchanges

​

For non-custom items, exchanges may be available within 2 days of delivery.  The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

Refund Processing

​

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
